The unit is composed of conical double-screw extruder, vacuum calibration table, hauling off machine, cutter, material tumbling frame, etc.

The main machine adopts AC frequent variable drive system and the temperature control, both of which adopt high quality products.

The unit is also able to directly extrude artificial wood foamed profile material, and the effect is better than that of the single-screw extruder.
